Ingredients


1/2 medium head Red cabbage (shaved)
1/2 mango Mango (peeled and diced)
1 avocado(s) Avocado (pitted, peeled and diced)
1/2 small Red onion (sliced)
2 tbsp Tamari, gluten free, reduced sodium
4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp minced Ginger root
1 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1 tsp Sesame seeds

Instructions


1. Mix the garlic, ginger, and tamari together. Slowly add the olive oil until blended. 

2. add the cabbage, mango, red onion and avocado to a salad bowl and toss with dressing. Add sesame seeds on top and enjoy.
