3 cup Sweet yellow corn
1 cup Frozen edamame (soybeans) (shelled)
1 medium pepper(s) Red bell pepper
2 clove(s) Garlic
2 tbsp Red onion (chopped small)
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 dash Black pepper (generous twists of ground)
1 tbsp Water

Instructions


1. Chop red onion, garlic, and red bell pepper into small pieces.

2. Sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper in 1 tbsp. water on medium heat until they begin to turn soft.

3. Add corn, edamame beans, and spices and continue to cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
