2 tbsp | Extra virgin olive oil |
2 tbsp | Feta cheese, low fat |
1 fruit | Plum (sliced) |
1 pinch | Salt and pepper |
1/4 tsp | Sweetener, sucralose, SPLENDA |
To make the dressing, combine oil, balsamic, splenda and salt and pepepr in jar and shake.
Add spinach, sliced plums to bowl and mix in dressing.
Crumble feta over top.
Serve and enjoy!
