1 beet(s) Beets, raw (shredded)
2 medium Carrots (Grated)
1 avocado(s) Avocado (large)
1 medium Banana
1/2 cup Coconut, shredded, unsweetened
1/2 cup Flaxseed meal (ground)
8 date pitted Medjool date
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground
1 cup whole Almonds, raw (soaked overnight)
1/2 cup Cacao powder, raw


1. Put all ingredients in a food processor, except the coconut, and combine until a think rollable dough.
*optional: peel almonds before using for a smoother texture but takes more time
2. Roll out the batter into 1 inch balls
3. Roll each ball into the shredded coconut
4. Serve and enjoy
Store in the refrigerator
