Ingredients


1/2 avocado(s) Avocado (sliced)
1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
2 slice Rye bread (Dempsters rye)
2 slice Tomato (rinsed, cut into 4 slices)
1/4 small Yellow onion (thin slices)

Instructions


Grill pan on medium high heat.

Brush or rub oil over one side of each slice of bread.

Place oil side face down in pan and place cheese on one side. Reserve small space in pan for onion and cook alongside.

Cover and cook for approx 3-4 mins.

When cheese is melted and bread is grilled, remove from pan.

Assemble tomato, onion and avocado between slices and serve!
