1/4 cup | Pecans (soaked for 2 hours or more (optional if you have a high powered blender) |
57 gm | Frozen cauliflower |
29 gm | Allulose (= to 2 tbsp) |
1/4 tbsp | Vanilla extract, pure |
1/2 tbsp | Cinnamon |
1 dash | Salt (A pinch, to taste) |
1 tbsp | Almond butter |
1. Add all the ingredients to your high speed blender and blend for 30 – 60 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy.
