Ingredients


1/2 cup Brown rice, long-grain, cooked
3 jumbo egg Egg white
6 packet (individual) Sweetener, sucralose, SPLENDA
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Vanilla extract, pure
1/2 cup Raisins, seedless (sultana)
3 1/2 cup Partly skimmed milk, 2% M.F.
Cinnamon
2 scoop Whey protein powder, vanilla

Instructions


In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients. Pour mixture into a shallow baking dish. Place baking dish in a pan of hot water in oven and bake at 300 degrees F for about 1..5 hours, or until set.

A clean knife inserted into the center should come out with nothing clinging to it. Serve warm or chilled.
