1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1 small Banana (s) (frozen)
1/2 cup Coconut water, unsweetened, ready-to-drink
2 date pitted Medjool date
2 tbsp Almond butter (unsweetened, unsalted)
2 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled (+ small sprinkling for garnish)
1/4 tsp Cinnamon (ground)

Instructions


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.Pour into glass and sprinkle top with reserved hemp seeds. Best served immediately, or can be kept in a covered container in the fridge for up for 1-2 days.
