1 tbsp Lemon peel (zest)
1 tsp Coconut oil
1/4 tsp Himalayan sea salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
2 tbsp Coconut, shredded, unsweetened
1/2 tsp Nutmeg, ground


Preheat oven to 425°F. Snap off white ends of the asparagus spears. Next, melt coconut oil on tin foil in the oven. Once melted, drizzle over asparagus with salt, pepper and coconut. Toss to coat and bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and top with fresh nutmeg and lemon zest.
