2 1/4 cup Butternut squash (peeled, seeds removed, cubed)
1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp Sea Salt (to taste)
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp packed Brown sugar

Instructions


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add the butternut squash to the baking sheet and toss with oil and salt. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes or until browned and fork-tender. Enjoy!
