|1 squash||Butternut squash (seeded and cubed)|
|2 tbsp||Extra virgin olive oil|
|1 pinch||Himalayan sea salt|
|1 dash||Black pepper|
1.Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Toss squash with the olive oil and spread on a baking sheet, making sure none of the cubes are touching each other.
3. Season with salt and pepper. Roast until lightly browned (about 25-30 minutes.)
Keep the seeds and roast in the oven at 300°F for 10-15 minutes until crispy for a healthy snack!
