1 squash Butternut squash (seeded and cubed)
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch Himalayan sea salt
1 dash Black pepper

Instructions


1.Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. Toss squash with the olive oil and spread on a baking sheet, making sure none of the cubes are touching each other.

3. Season with salt and pepper. Roast until lightly browned (about 25-30 minutes.)

  • Keep the seeds and roast in the oven at 300°F for 10-15 minutes until crispy for a healthy snack!
