1 medium head | Cauliflower |
1 medium | Lemon |
1 tsp | Garlic powder |
1 tsp | Thyme, fresh |
1 tsp | Paprika |

1. Preheat oven to 450°.
2. Rinse cauliflower. Remove cauliflower florets off of center stalk and cut into chunky pieces.
3. Place cauliflower chunks in a large bowl and squeeze the juice of one lemon on top.
4. Sprinkle garlic, thyme, paprika, and salt on top and stir to coat cauliflowers evenly.
5. Spread out cauliflowers on a parchmentlined baking sheet.
6. Bake for 15 minutes, flip cauliflower, and return to oven.
7. Bake another 5–10 minutes and remove from oven.
