1 large head Cauliflower (Chopped)
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss cauliflower in oil and lay in a single layer on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt. Roast for 30 minutes or until golden brown, tossing halfway during baking.
