Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Add cauliflower florets to a large bowl. Coat with coconut oil, turmeric, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix well and layer onto a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, then turn over. Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
To assemble the bowl, divide the ingredients into bowls: mixed greens, chickpeas, carrots, and radishes. Top with warm or cold cauliflower and dressing of choice
