| 3 tbsp | Parmesan cheese, grated, low fat (or nutritional yeast for non dairy option) |

| 1 dash | Black pepper |
1. Preheat oven to 350. Cut cauliflower into florets.
2. On roasting sheet, add cauliflower, capers and mix with oil, lemon juice and parmesan cheese. Reserve 1 tbsp of parmesan.
3. Bake for 20 mins and add remaining parmesan before serving.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
