Ingredients


3 tbsp drained Capers, canned
1 medium head Cauliflower
2 tbsp Lemon juice
3 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated, low fat

Instructions


Preheat oven to 350. Cut cauliflower into florets.

On roasting sheet, add cauliflower, capers and mix with oil, lemon juice and parmesan cheese. Reserve 1 tbsp of parmesan.

Bake for 20 mins and add remaining parmesan before serving.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
