1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Toss cauliflower in avocado oil and lay in single layer on baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt. Roast for 30 minutes or until golden brown, tossing halfway during baking.
