Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss cauliflower in avocado oil and lay in a single layer on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt. Roast for 30 minutes or until golden brown, tossing halfway during baking.
