Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400oF (200oC).
- Drain and rinse chick peas.
- Toss chick peas with vinegar, mustard, salt, and garlic powder mixing thoroughly.
- Spread mixture onto baking sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour, toss about every 10 minutes to ensure even cooking.
- Serve warm or cool.
