Ingredients


1 can (15oz) Chickpeas, canned, drained
2 tbsp White wine vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 pinch Salt (to taste)
1 tsp Garlic powder

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 400oF (200oC).
  2. Drain and rinse chick peas.
  3. Toss chick peas with vinegar, mustard, salt, and garlic powder mixing thoroughly.
  4. Spread mixture onto baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 1 hour, toss about every 10 minutes to ensure even cooking.
  6. Serve warm or cool.
