|1/2 tsp, leaves||Basil, dried|

|2 tbsp||Parsley, fresh (chopped, for garnish)|

|454 gm||Shrimp, raw (peeled and deveined)|
|1/4 cup||Parmesan cheese, grated (or nutritional yeas)|
1. Preheat oven to 400F/200C. Lightly oil baking sheet.
2. Place shrimp in a single layer on the baking sheet. Drizzle over with olive oil and sprinkle garlic, oregano, basil and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Gently toss to combine.
3. Place in oven and roast until pink and cooked through, around 6 - 8 minutes. Once cooked through, remove from the oven and squeeze lemon over.
4. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley
To make this recipe dairy free - use nutritional yeast in place of parmesan cheese.
