|3 tbsp||Butter, unsalted|
|1/2 tsp||Nutmeg, ground|
Turn oven on at 350F.
Wash, peel, core, and cut pears into wedges.
Arrange them on a baking sheet and add a pea sized dollop of butter on each. (Or you can melt butter and toss them together in a bowl).
Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Bake until tender (about 30 minutes to 45 min)
Let cool and serve as finger foods or blend into a puree.
