4 Cup Roasted Red Pepper Soup, Campbell's, Prepared
454 gm Pasta, Gnocchi
1 can (15oz) Navy beans, canned (drained and rinsed)
171 gm Baby spinach

Instructions


  1. Heat the soup in a saucepan on medium-high heat until it comes to a light boil. 
  2. Carefully add the gnocchi in, and cook for another 5-6 minutes or until the pasta is tender. 
  3. Add the navy beans and spinach and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Serve with your choice of salad or bread.
