Ingredients


2 tbsp Coconut oil (or butter)
1 pinch Sea salt
908 gm Spaghetti squash (halved, seeds scooped out)

Instructions


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place both sides of the squash in a lightly oiled roasting pan. Coat the flesh of the squash generously with the butter and sprinkle salt all over.

Cook for 45 minutes until soft throughout when poked with a fork and caramelized on the outside. Let cool for 10 minutes.

Remove the strings of flesh with a fork.

Enjoy!
