5 cup, sifted

Powdered/icing sugar

1/4 cup

Partly skimmed milk, 2% M.F.
|
1/4 cup

High-fructose corn syrup
|
Instructions
Mix all ingredients with an electric mixer and let sit for a few minutes before using.
This icing will harden.
Notes:
Don't have to use 2% milk.
You can add food colouring of your choice.
If you are using the Royal Icing to flood cookies, you will need to water the icing down with more milk.
