30 ml | Rum (40% alcohol by volume) |
Place a medium-sized nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add the brown sugar, butter, and oil, and sauté until bubbling.
Add the rum, lime juice, and cinnamon and continue to sauté until slightly thickened.
Add the bananas, cook, stirring occasionally, until tender.
Divide into 2 equal portions and top with 2 tablespoons vanilla yogurt.
