Ingredients


1/4 tsp Black pepper (to taste)
1 large head Green cabbage (shredded)
2 tbsp Dill, fresh (chopped)
1 tbsp Garlic powder
5 potato Potato (large, diced)
1/4 tsp Salt (to taste)
1 tbsp Sour cream, light (to taste)
1 tsp Thyme, fresh
1 1/4 cup Vegetable stock/broth
1 large Yellow onion (chopped)

Instructions


Combine all ingredients, except for the sour cream, add water (600 ml) and simmer for 20 minutes or until potatoes are done. Season to taste while cooking.

Serve with a tablespoon of sour cream on the bottom of the soup bowl.
