1 leaf Bay leaf
1/2 tsp Curry powder
3 bulb Garlic
3 tsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Parsley, dried
2 potato Potato (cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks)
1 tsp Salt
227 gm Shrimp, raw (peeled and cleaned)
2 fillet Snapper, raw (red)
1 medium pepper(s) Green bell pepper (cut into strips)
454 gm Swordfish
5 ml White wine (dry)
1 medium Yellow onion (chopped)
1 cup Cherry Tomatoes


Heat oil and fry garlic until golden; remove garlic. Add onion, bell pepper and shrimp. Fry for 3 minutes. Cut fish into big chunks.

Pour water (4 cups) in a large pot and add all other ingredients. Toast saffron slightly and dissolve in a small amount of the liquid, add to pot. Cook for about 25 minutes and add cooking wine. Cook for additional 5 minutes.
