Instructions
Shred or chop vegetables. First, put dark leafy greens such as spinach or arugula at the bottom of the jar. Add green and red cabbage for a fresh crunch.
Add sliced onion rings, shredded carrot, avocado, peppers and tomato in layers.
Top grilled chicken.
Add dressing right before serving.

Balsamic vinegar 4 tsp
Instructions:
Place balsamic vinegar and remaining ingredients together in a small container, shake vigorously. Alternately, you may multiply the recipe to have some on hand for future use.
