1/2 fruit Lime (jus de lime)
2 tbsp Mayonnaise, with olive oil (mayonnaise)
1/2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil (huile d'olive)
3 cup Arugula (roquette)
170 gm Tuna, albacore, flaked, canned in water (thon (dans l'huile d'olive))
2 large egg Egg, hard boiled (Oeuf cuits durs)
3 large stalk(s) Celery (branches céleri)
1 green onion (stem) Green onion (oignons verts)
1 tsp Salt (sel au goût)
3 tbsp Parsley, fresh (persil frais)
2 tbsp Pistachio nuts (pistaches)

Instructions


  1. Faire cuire les oeufs 10 minutes
  2. Couper le céleri en tranches fines et les oignons verts
  3. mélanger les ingrédients de la sauce
  4. prendre un pot de verre avec une grande ouverture. Ajouter dans le fond la sauce, ensuite le céleri, les oignons verts, roquette, oeufs, pisctaches et persil
