| 227 gm | Atlantic salmon, wild |
| 1/4 cup | Bread crumbs, plain, gluten free |
| 2 tbsp drained | Capers, canned (OPTIONAL) |
| 2 tbsp | Chives (OPTIONAL) |
| 1 medium | Egg |
| 1/2 whole lemon(s) | Lemon juice |
| 1 pinch | Salt |
Bake salmon at 375 for about 10 minutes.
Flake fish and mix in a large bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
Make little croquettes or your favourite shapes and cook with some olive oil (about 3 minutes each side). You can use more or less bread crumbs according to taste.
Serve with your favourite dip such as honey mustard using a tbsp. of honey mixed with mustard. As well, use homemade ketchup!
