227 gm Atlantic salmon, wild
1 medium Egg
1/2 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice
2 tbsp drained Capers, canned (chopped)
2 tbsp Chives (chopped)
1/4 cup Bread crumbs, plain
1 pinch Salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 375F.
  2. Bake salmon for about 10 minutes, until cooked through. Allow to cool slightly.
  3. Flake the fish and mix in a large bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Form into balls or your favourite shapes and cook in a frying pan on medium heat with some olive oil (about 3 minutes on each side). 
  5. Serve with your favourite dip, honey mustard or ketchup.
