135 gm | Atlantic salmon, wild (weighed raw, can be from fresh or frozen) |
1 avocado(s) | Avocado (cubed) |
140 gm | Frozen mango (thawed) |
1 tbsp | Avocado oil |
1 tsp | Mexican Flavored Seasoning (no added oils, sugars or starches) |
1/2 whole lime(s) | Lime juice (fresh) |
Pan Fry Seasoned Salmon in oil until fully cooked through and fried crispy on both sides. While it is cooking prepare and place on the plate mango and avocado. Once salmon is cooked place on plate, sprinkle a little more seasoning across the whole plate of food and squeeze 1/2 a lime over it all.
