Instructions


Put drained salmon in mixing bowl, add 1 lightly scrambled egg, and 6 crackers. Mix lightly. Shape with hand (or ice cream scoop) into round shapes, flatten slightly, in medium hot skillet that's been sprayedwith cooking spray.Brown on one side, then the other.
