Ingredients


145 gm Atlantic salmon,wild, boneless
45 gm Carrots (shredded)
100 gm Lettuce (mixed)
145 gm Mango (cubed)
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions


Cook salmon in water and shred.

Mix lettuce, carrots, mango, salmon, balsamic vinegar and oil; and serve.


Notes:

Could choose one kind of lettuce as well, and/or add other vegetables up to the individual allotted amount.
