45 gm | Carrots (shredded) |
100 gm | Lettuce (mixed) |
145 gm | Mango (cubed) |
1 tbsp | Balsamic vinegar |
1 tbsp | Extra virgin olive oil |
Cook salmon in water and shred.
Mix lettuce, carrots, mango, salmon, balsamic vinegar and oil; and serve.
Could choose one kind of lettuce as well, and/or add other vegetables up to the individual allotted amount.
