145 gm Atlantic salmon,wild, boneless
45 gm Carrots (shredded)
100 gm Lettuce, romaine (or mixed lettuce)
145 gm Mango (cubed)
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar

Instructions


Cook salmon in water and shred.

Mix lettuce, carrots, mango, salmon, balsamic vinegar; and serve.


Notes:

Could choose one kind of lettuce as well, and/or add other vegetables up to the individual allotted amount.
