Salmon Steaks with Grapefruit

Ingredients


1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 cup Yellow onion (finely chopped)
1 cup Grapefruit (pink or red)
1 cup Pink grapefruit juice
142 gm Atlantic salmon, wild (steak)

Instructions


Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until tender. Place salmon and grapefruit juice with segments in pan.

Cover and simmer over low heat for 6-8 minutes or until fish is cooked to taste. Serve salmon with pan sauce, garnished with grapefruit segments.
