A wonderful peanut-butter sauce. Very popular with kids because of the sweetness of the peanuts.

Ingredients


397 gm Coconut cream (or coconut milk)
1 pepper(s) Red chili pepper (also chile or chilli) (deseeded and finely chopped)
1 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
4 tbsp Soy sauce, tamari
1/3 cup Peanut butter, smooth
1 pinch Salt and pepper

Instructions


  1. Mix the ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Let simmer on low heat for 5–10 minutes until the sauce is of desired consistency.
  2. Season to taste.
