290 gm Sausage, frankfurter, chicken
1 tbsp Coconut oil
1 medium Yellow onion (diced)
2 small Apple (cored, peeled, diced)
1 clove Cloves (garlic, minced)
2 cup Swiss chard (washed, stems removed, chopped)
1 cup drained Sauerkraut


  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place sausage on parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Remove from oven and cut into 1/4" pieces.
  5. Prepare onion, apple and swiss chard. Chop yellow onion. Then, core, peel and dice apples. Wash, remove stems and chop swiss chard.
  6. Heat coconut oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add yellow onion and apple and saute until onion is translucent (about 5 minutes). Add garlic and saute for another minute.
  7. Add swiss chard and continue to saute until wilted. Add in chopped sausage and sauerkraut and saute for another minute or until heated through on low heat.
  8. Remove from heat and divide into bowls. Enjoy!
