Ingredients


900 gm Atlantic salmon,wild, boneless (organic)
120 ml Soy sauce (Sauce Braggs))
60 ml Maple sugar
60 ml Sesame oil
30 ml Lime peel (zest)

Instructions


Mix the marinade ingredients and marinate the salmon at least 1 hour before or if possible all day
Bake the salmon in the oven at 350F for about 10 minutes or in a pan to obtain a nicer lacquer.
Add lime zest to salmon
