681 gm Italian pork sausage (or use turkey sausage - organic - chopped)
1 medium pepper(s) Red bell pepper (chopped)
114 gm Spinach (chopped)
1/4 cup Sun-dried tomatoes
8 medium mushroom(s) Portobello mushroom

Instructions


1. Heat oven to 375°F.

2. Combine all ingredients and stuff the mushrooms.

3. Put on baking sheet and cook for about 25 minutes.
