10 cup | Spinach (10 fists, sliced (or any leafy green)) |
1 tsp | Cajun seasoning |
1 tsp | Allspice, ground (Wonder spice) |
1 tsp | Sesame oil (optional) |
1 tbsp | Sesame seeds (powder) |
1. Heat olive oil in a large deep pan on medium. Add spinach and seasoning. Add in a few spoonfuls of water if there is not enough liquid. Cook stirring until just wilted.
2. Remove from heat and add sesame oil and sesame seeds. Enjoy with leftover mackerel and rice!
