Baby bok choy

Instructions
Wash and rinse bok choy.
Chop into 3/4 " slices.
Over medium heat, add olive oil to the cooking pan.
Once the oil is warmed, add chopped bok choy.
Add the lid to the frying pan, allowing bok choy to cook for 5 minutes.
Using a wooden spoon, stir bok choy.
Sprinkle sea salt, add the lid and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and pair as a side with chicken, fish, or beef.
