Sauteed Baby Zucchini

Ingredients


20 small Zucchini
1 pinch Salt and pepper
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 clove(s) Garlic (minced)

Instructions


1. Cut zucchinis in half lengthwise. Season with salt and pepper.

2. In a large sauté pan, heat olive oil on medium-high heat. Add zucchini to the pan and sauté for about 2 minutes on each side. 

3. Add garlic and cook another minute. Enjoy!

Notes:

Quick Tip

  • To make AIP friendly omit the pepper.
