1. Cut zucchinis in half lengthwise. Season with salt and pepper.
2. In a large saute pan, heat olive oil on medium-high heat. Add zucchini to pan and sauté about 2 minutes on each side.
3. Add garlic and cook another minute.
To make AIP friendly omit pepper.
