| 1 bunch | Garlic scapes (washed and chopped into 1 inch pieces) |
| 1 tbsp | Ghee (can sub for butter or oil) |
| 4 date pitted | Medjool date (chopped) |
| 1/4 cup | Walnuts (chopped) |
| 1 pinch | Himalayan sea salt |
| 1 dash | Black pepper |
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add in 1 tbsp of ghee once warm
Add garlic scapes into the frying pan and saute for 5 minutes, adding a dash of water from time to time if the pan is too dry
Once the garlic scapes are tender, add in the chopped walnuts, dates, salt and pepper. Saute for another 2 minutes and remove from heat.
