Ingredients


1 bunch Spinach
1 medium pepper(s) Red bell pepper (sliced)
1 medium pepper(s) Yellow bell pepper (sliced)
2 tbsp Coconut oil
1/2 cup White onion (sliced)
2 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1 pinch Salt and pepper (or to taste)

Instructions


1. heat coconut oil in a large saute pan
2. soften garlic and onion
3. add peppers and soften
4. season with salt and pepper
5. add spinach and cover for about 2 minutes until spinach wilts
6. toss well so that all vegetables and coconut oil is evenly distributed.
