454 gm Beef, ground, extra lean (or turkey (will improve health rating))
3 tbsp Bread crumbs, seasoned (Italian; dried)
1/2 cup Chipotle barbecue sauce (or Sweet Baby Rays Spicy BBQ Sauce)
1 medium Egg
1/4 cup Partly skimmed milk, 2% M.F.
1 pinch Salt and pepper (to taste)
1/4 cup White onion (finely diced)


Mix the ground beef, egg, onion, milk, bread crumbs and half of the sweet baby rays bbq sauce all together, add salt and pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined.

Form into a small pan, top generously with remaining sweet baby rays sauce.

Bake at 375F for 25-30 minutes. Serve with taters and salad for a fast, healthy meal.

Okay, I know that the choice of BBQ sauce isn't the cheapest out there, but you can substitute if you like, it's the only brand I actually buy, but only if it's on sale!

This one makes enough for 3 people plus leftovers, if making it for the whole family, double the recipe. Generally, this is a recipe that I make for lunch or when the kids have other plans (like sports night where they're eating with their teams).
