1 3/4 kg Ground turkey, lean
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 clove(s) Garlic
1 tbsp Italian herb seasoning
6 cup Kale (chopped)
1 tsp Sea Salt
4 cup Butternut squash (chopped into 1cm cubes)

Instructions


  1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the turkey to the pan, breaking it up with a wooden spoon as it cooks. Once it is cooked through and no longer pink, drain any excess drippings from the pan.
  2. Add the garlic and squash to the turkey and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until the onions soften. Add the Italian seasonings and sea salt and stir to combine. Add the kale and cook until the kale wilts down (just a few minutes).
