1 tbsp Butter, grass fed, unsalted
2 large Egg
1 wrap Siete Cassava Wraps
1 tbsp Green bell pepper (diced)
1 tbsp Red bell pepper (diced)
1 tbsp Red onion (diced)

Instructions


  1. Coat a non-stick skillet with butter and warm over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced peppers and onion and saute for 5 minutes.
  3. Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble them with the cooked peppers and onions.
  4. Place egg mixture in the tortilla,  roll up, and enjoy!
