1. heat up a frying pan with some water, oil or coconut oil.
2. Add tofu and break it down (scramble)
3. Add frozen lima beans, salt and pepper
4. Add cooked quinoa and heat everything up, last minute add the green onion.
5. served with mixed green salad!
