Sea Bass with Zucchini and Mini Potatoes

1 dash Black pepper
3 tbsp Olive oil
200 gm Potato (mini, cut in halves)
1/2 tsp Salt
2 fillet Sea bass
1 small Zucchini (cut in strips)


Boil potatoes for 8-10 minutes.

Cut sea bass fillet in two pieces, brush with 1 tablespoon olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Heat the oven to 150 C and bake sea bass on a baking sheet for 12 minutes.

Heat remaining olive oil in a skillet and fry potatoes till golden, add zucchini, salt, pepper and fry for 2-3 minutes more.

Put vegetables on a plate and the sea bass over them.
