454 gm Ground turkey, lean (organic)
1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp Italian herb seasoning, McCormick (or use Organic Traditions seasoning)
1 tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp Sea salt
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp packed Brown sugar (optional - organic)
1/4 tsp Fennel seed (ground or whole)

Instructions


1. In a small bowl, combine all spices (including brown sugar, if using) and set a aside.

2. Brown ground turkey in a large pan on stovetop.

3. Add red wine vinegar and stir. Add spice mix and stir to combine.
